无创正压通气治疗中重度COPD的疗效观察

Efficacy of NIPPV in patients with stable moderate and severe COPD

目的:观察无创正压通气对中重度慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的疗效。方法:36例中重度COPD患者,随机分为治疗组与对照组。对照组16例给予常规治疗,治疗组20例采用常规治疗加无创正压通气。记录治疗前、后患者的血气分析、肺功能和临床症状评分等指标。结果:经治疗后,治疗组患者的肺功能、血气分析、临床症状均有明显改善,组间比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:无创正压通气能显著改善COPD患者的血气分析、肺功能和临床症状。

Objective：To investigate the effects of non-invasive positive pressure rentilation（NIPPV） on stable moderate and severe COPD.nethods：36 patients with stable moderate and severe COPD were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was given conventional treatment,the treatment group was given NIPPV on the basis of conventional treatment.The parameters of pulmonary function test, arterial blood gases and clinical symptom score were measured before and after treatment.Results.The blood gas indicators, pulmonary function and clinical symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved after treatment. The treatment group was significantly superior to control group （P〈0.05）.Conelusion：Application of NIPPV in the treatment of stable moderate and severe COPD can significantly improve blood gas indicators, pulmonary function and clinical symptoms.
