摘要
在分析全电调节带式CVT速比调节原理的基础上,运用理论分析和试验测试相结合的方法研究了速比执行电机控制方式、外界负载及夹紧力等因素对速比调节控制的影响,并根据全电调节带式CVT速比调节的要求,以提高速比控制精度为目标,提出了针对不同影响因素的具体解决方案,为速比控制策略制定及速比控制方法设计奠定了理论基础。
An electrical CVT pulley actuation system for the variable pulley set(variator) is presented and its working principle is introduced. The influence factor to speed ratio control including motor control mode,vehicle load and clamping force are studied,and the specific solutions are proposed to improve the speed ratio control accuracy according to the CVT speed ratio control requirements,which building theory foundation for design of speed ratio control strategy and method.
