心脏外科围术期高血糖与严格血糖控制 被引量:11

摘要 伴有胰岛素抵抗的高血糖是心脏手术围术期普遍存在的临床现象,围术期高血糖是指在围术期血糖浓度〉11.1mmol/L^[1],其发生率约70%,其中在体外循环中高血糖的发生率为61%^[2,3]。心脏手术围术期高血糖主要与应激后神经内分泌系统的激活及炎性反应综合征等有关,而高血糖会加重机体的氧化应激,
