于木匠沟双连拱隧道施工方法和施工监控量测 被引量:6

摘要 双连拱隧道因地质条件差、浅埋、高跨比小等特点,在开挖过程中存在洞室围岩失稳变形破坏的隐患。因此,双连拱隧道施工方法和施工过程的监控量测尤为重要。长春—延吉高速公路于木匠沟双连拱隧道采用侧壁导洞先贯通的施工方法,先贯通的侧壁导洞既可以作为运输通道又可以对围岩进行超前探测。施工过程中进行了围岩收敛、围岩内位移、地表下沉等监控量测,及时指导设计变更和支护,确保了隧道的安全、顺利施工。 Due to poor geological condition,shallow cover and small height-to-span ratio,hidden risk of surrounding rock deformation and failure exists in the excavation process for double-arch tunnels.Therefore,construction option and monitoring are especially important.Side headings were appled in Yumujianggou double-arch tunnel on Changchun-Yanji highway.They were not only used for transport,but also used for advance exploration of surrounding rocks.Surrounding rock convergence,surrounding rock displacements,surface subsidence etc.measured during construction pr ocess were used to guide design modification and tunnel support.Thereupon,Yumujianggou double-arch tunnel was safely and smoothly accomplished.
