SD-Ag和MEBO调合剂治疗深Ⅱ度感染创面与单独用药的比较研究

SD-Ag and MEBO mixture or single effect on infective deep Ⅱ degree burn wonds:Comparative study

目的研究和探索不同外用药对深Ⅱ度感染创面的治疗效果。方法磺胺嘧啶银(SD-Ag)粉和MEBO调合剂治疗深Ⅱ度感染创面200例,采用SD-Ag乳膏治疗230例,单独外用MEBO治疗210例。结果 SD-Ag粉和MEBO调合剂治疗组伤后平均愈合时间(26±5.0)d,4例深Ⅱ度创面转为Ⅲ度肉芽创面;MEBO治疗组伤后平均愈合时间(30±4.5)d,12例深Ⅱ度创面转为Ⅲ度肉芽创面,SD-Ag治疗组伤后平均愈合时间(35±5.6)d,30例深Ⅱ度创面转归为Ⅲ度肉芽创面。三组患者在自愈率和创面转归上存在统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论较单独外用MEBO、SD-Ag乳膏治疗深Ⅱ度烧烫伤感染创面,SD-Ag与MEBO调合治疗能有效缩短创面愈合时间,减少残余肉芽创面转归。

Objective To investigate treatmen effect of different topical drug for the infective deep Ⅱ degree wounds. Methods The 200 cases were treated with SD-Ag powder and MEBO mixture, 230 eases with SD-Ag cream, 210 cases with MEBO alone. Results The SD-Ag powder and MEBO mixture group＇s average healing time was （26±5.0）days, 4 of them vesting to the m degree granulation tissues. The MEBO group＇s average heeding time was （30±4.5） days, 12 of them vesting to the Ⅲ degree granulation tissue. The SD-Ag group＇s healing time was 35±5.6 days, 30 of them vesting to Ⅱ degree wound. There were significant differences among the three groups （P〈0.05）. CoNclusion The mixture of SD-Ag powder and MEBO can shorten wound healing time and reduce the residual granulation vesting in the treatment of infective deep Ⅱ degree burn wounds compared with to SD-Ag or MEBO alone.
