脑动静脉畸形出血机制的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 脑动静脉畸形（CAVM）是一类先天性局部脑血管发育异常所形成的血管团，为最常见的脑血管畸形，尸检率约0．2％～0．6％。未经治疗的CAVM体积每年以0．2％-2．8％的速度递增，不仅增加了出血病死率和致残率，
