摘要
以n-BuLi为催化剂,切割后的制苯抽余油[(81±2)℃]为溶剂,对丁二烯和苯乙烯的嵌段共聚进行了5L聚合釜实验。结果表明,试样为嵌段共聚物;在相同条件下,与生产SBS所用溶剂相比,试样的收率随着制苯抽余油的质量分数增加而减少;二者的物理机械性能基本相当。
Copolymerization of butadiene and styrene in a 5 L reactor with n-BuLi as catalyst in different solvents was studied.The results showed that 40% extracted oil from benzene production could meet the demands.All the copolymers were characterized by IR and GPC.
