摘要
合作学习,以学习小组为基本组织形式,与集体授课相结合,通过学生人际合作与互动达到学习效果的最大化。有效的合作学习使教师脱离传统的单一角色,向课程设计者、活动组织者和参与者、学习评价者和研究者等多维角色转变。师生之间、教师之间的合作学习更新了教师的教育教学观念。教师合作学习,从理智取向、实践—反思取向和生态取向多方面丰富了教师文化,成为教师专业发展的有效途径。
Cooperative learning,in the form of learning groups,integrating to the collective teaching,enables the most efficient learning by making the students cooperate and interact with each other.Effective cooperative learning helps the teacher switch from the traditional role of knowledge imparter to the more complicated and multidimensional one,namely,the designer of curriculum,the organizer and participant,the assessor and researcher,of the learning activities.The cooperation between the students and teachers,and between the teachers themselves,on one hand,renews the teacher's pedagogical beliefs;on the other hand,teachers' cooperative learning enriches the establishment of teacher culture,enables the teachers to gain professional development from intellectual perspectives,practical-reflective perspectives,and ecological perspectives as well,hence becoming the effective approach to teacher professional development.
