中小学校长职业倦怠现状及其对策研究

摘要 目的:探讨中小学校长职业倦怠特点与现状,并提出减轻中小学校长职业倦怠的对策与建议。方法:以河北省195名中小学校长为研究对象,应用Maslach编的"教师职业倦怠问卷MBI-ES"为研究工具,进行团体施测。结论:中小学校长职业倦怠己经存在,而且呈现出一定的态势,具体表现为:(1)女校长职业倦怠状况显著高于男校长;(2)中学校长职业倦怠状况显著高于小学校长;(3)40-50岁校长职业倦怠最严重;(4)农村校长职业倦怠显著高于城市校长。 Objective: to study Burnout Characteristics of School Principals and make some suggestions to reduce job burnout.Methods: to measure 195 headmasters who come from the primary or middle schools in Luanpinig County,Hebei Province,with the Scale for the Job Burnout.Conclusion: Headmaster Burnout has been in existence,but showed a certain trend,manifested in(1) Headmistress burnout scores were significantly higher than male principals;(2) Secondary school principal burnout scores were significantly higher than primary school principals;(3) 30 to 40 years old principal factor scores were the highest emotional exhaustion;(4) Rural principal burnout was significantly higher than in urban principals.
