“以人为本”视角下的青年思想政治教育

近年来,青年求学、就业、发展压力日益突出,现实生活中各种矛盾和问题也越来越直接地影响着青年的思想倾向和观念,给青年思想政治教育带来新的挑战。针对此形势,青年思想政治教育应以当代青年的思想特点为根据,把握"以人为本"的思想宗旨,在相关原则的指导下,用社会主义核心价值体系武装青年的头脑;以科学发展观为指导,营造风清气正的社会环境;强化文化认同,努力践行中华文化;运用网络等新载体、新途径,通过人文关怀和心理疏导提高当代青年的心理健康水平。这是做好新时期青年思想政治教育,引导当代青年健康成长的必由之路。

In recent years,youth＇s ideological problems are rising.The state of mind and the realities of contemporary youth is worrying.Under such circumstances the necessity,principle and measures of youth＇s ideological and political education should be based on youth＇s characteristics,obey the rule of ＂People Oriented＂,by the socialist core value system of the armed youth in mind and by the guidance of scientific concept of development to create a positive social environment Fengqing atmosphere;strengthen the cultural identity,and strive to practice the Chinese culture;and use network to build multi-dimensional mold.The mental health of young people today can be improved through the humane care and psychological counseling.Above all are the only way of doing a good job in the new period of idelogical and political education of goung people and guiding the healthy development of young people today.
