摘要
当今教师普遍存在教育教学情绪失调问题。消极取向的情绪调适技巧只是对不良情绪出现后的应急处理,不能从根本上解决情绪问题。只有悦纳自己和教师角色、善于体验生活和工作乐趣、树立科学的教育观念,才是教师情绪调适的积极策略。
Nowadays,the problem of educational emotion is very universal among teachers. The negative orientation of emotions adjustment skills is just an emergency treatment in the case of bad mood,thus cannot fundamentally solve the emotional problems. The positive adjustment strategy is to accept the role of teacher and being oneself,be adept in favorable experience of life and work,and then establish the reasonable educational ideas.
