分层物体制造中热熔胶的改性研究

Investigating on Property Improving of the Hot-Melt Adhesive in LOM

通过正交试验，研究了以ＥＶＡ为主体树脂的分层物体制造（ＬＯＭ）用热熔胶的性能；分析了热熔胶中各组份对其性能的影响。结果表明，添加剂、填料种类及其配比都对ＬＯＭ热熔胶的性能有较大影响。给出了综合性能优异的ＬＯＭ热熔胶配方。

The properties of the hot-melt Adhesive (HMA) used EVA as base resin in Laminated Object Manufacturing (LOM) are investigated by orthometric test, and the property affected by constituent of the HMA is analyzed. The result shows that additives, fill materials and their different proportion have all effect on the property of HMA in LOM. A good HMA adapted to LOM is provided.
