涤纶有光三叶形FDY生产工艺的探讨

DISCUSSION ON THE TECHNIQUE OF THE LUSTROUS TRILOBAL PET FDY

初步探讨了有光三叶形FDY的生产工艺。结果表明,合理设计Y形喷丝孔尺寸,选择适宜的纺丝温度,减缓冷却吹风条件。

In this paper, the technique of the lustrous trilobal PET FDY is discussed. It has been shown that effective measures, such as reasonable designing trilobal spinning hole, raising melt temperature properly, lowering quenching speed, increasing OPU% and using metallic sand as filter medium, taken for stabilization of processing and improvement of filament yam quality were necessary.
