Fresh frozen plasma and vitamin E in adjuvant treatment of children with severe pneumonia

目的:观察新鲜冰冻血浆及维生素E佐治重症肺炎的疗效。方法:对32例重症肺炎随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组行常规治疗,治疗组加用新鲜冰冻血浆及维生素E,观察其疗效。结果:两组体温、肺外脏器、肺部啰音及X线恢复正常时间相比较,P均<0.05,差异有显著性。结论:加用新鲜冰冻血浆、维生素E治疗重症肺炎可促进病情恢复。

Objective：To observe the curative efficacy of severe pneumonia auxiliarily treated by fresh frozen plasma and vitamin E.Methods：32 patients with severe pneumonia were randomly divided into control and treatment groups.The control group received routine treatment,the treatment group was added fresh frozen plasma and vitamin E.The curative efficacy in the two groups was observed and the comparative study was conducted.Results：The comparison of body temperature,extrapulmonary organs,pulmonary rales and X-ray recovery time between the two groups showed significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Adding fresh frozen plasma and vitamin E in treating severe pneumonia can promote disease recovery.
