来氟米特治疗肾炎的临床观察

Clinical observation of leflunomide in treatment of nephritis

目的:观察来氟米特(Leflunomide)治疗肾小球肾炎的疗效及安全性。方法:肾小球肾炎患者57例,随机分为来氟米特实验组30例和常规治疗对照组27例,总疗程6个月。观察治疗前后24小时尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞计数、血清肝肾功能、血象等指标变化。结果:治疗6个月后,治疗组总有效率83.3%,对照组总有效率63%,两组疗效比较差异有显著性(P<0.01)。不良反应轻微,患者耐受性良好,随访半年未见复发。结论:来氟米特治疗肾炎较常规治疗起效快、疗程短、疗效好、不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe the curative effect and safety of leflunomide on the treatment of nephritis.Methods：57 cases of nephritis were divided into leflunomide experiment group（30 cases） and the control group（27 cases） for routine therapy.The period of treatment was 6 months.The changes of the indexes such as 24 h urinary protein,urine red blood cell counts,serum liver and kidney functions,and hemogram were observed before and after treatment.According to the evaluating criteria of the curative effect,to comparatively analyze the curative effect and safety in the two groups.Results：After 6 months treatment,the total effective rate was 83.3% in the experiment group and 63% in the control group.The difference was significant between the two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Treating nephritis with leflunomide has fast acting,short course of treatment,good curative effect and little side effect,which is worth spreading in clinic.
