双腔气囊尿管拔管困难的原因分析与护理

Reasons and nursing methods for difficult removal of double-cavity balloon catheter

目的:探讨双腔气囊尿管拔管困难的原因及护理方法。方法:回顾性分析我科24例双腔气囊尿管拔管困难患者的临床资料。结果:拔管困难的发生与患者的年龄、性别无关,与注入液体量、置管时间、产品材质、护理差异有关。结论:置管前检查,置管中正确操作,置管后正确护理是防止双腔气囊尿管拔管困难的重要保证。

Objective：To investigate the reasons and nursing methods for difficult removal of double-cavity balloon catheter.Methods：The clinical data of 24 cases of difficult removal of double-cavity balloon catheter were retrospectively analyzed,including patient＇s age,sex,injecting fluids,indwelling catheter time,catheter materials and processing methods.Results：The occurrence of difficult removal was not related with the patient＇s age and gender,while related with the amount of injected liquid,indwelling catheter time,catheter material and nursing difference.Conclusion：Pre-catheterization check,correct operation of catheterization and post-catheterization proper care were important guarantee to prevent the difficult removal of double-cavity balloon catheter.
