摘要
针对车辆发动机冷却水泵的应用环境及对部件的使用要求,通过理论计算和性能比较,选用增韧增强聚苯硫醚(GFRPPS)试制了某车辆发动机冷却水泵的叶轮及进水接盘两个部件。经过台架试验和整机装车试验,证明用GFRPPS制造的发动机冷却水泵部件能满足使用要求。
Aware of the enviroment where the cooling water pump of automatic vehicle engine is used and the demand for the use of parts, glass fiber reinforced PPS(GFRPPS) was ehoosed to make the cooling water pump's paddle wheel oi an automatic vehicle and its water inlet coupling plate. The platform test and test in which the whole machine was put in the vehicle proved that the property of engine's cooling water pump parts made of GFRPPS meets the demand for use.
