三边形圆弧截面空心零件旋压成形的数值模拟及试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用有限元分析软件MSC.MARC对三边形圆弧截面空心零件的旋压成形进行数值模拟,对其应力应变分布规律进行了研究,重点探讨了旋轮轴向进给比和毛坯厚径比对旋压成形质量的影响,分析了起皱、减薄、回弹现象产生的原因以及容易出现这些缺陷的部位.模拟及试验结果表明,口部(即成形过程中的坯料凸缘)、侧壁靠近圆角处大圆弧区和圆角区域小圆弧部位本别是三边形圆弧截面空心零件拉深旋压过程中易产生起皱、减薄和破裂的部位. The spinning process of a hollow part with triangular arc section is numerically simulated with the finite element software MSC.MARC,and the corresponding stress-strain distribution is investigated.Then,the forming quality affected by the axial feed rate of the roller and by the thickness-to-diameter ratio of the blank is investigated.Moreover,the causes of such forming defects as wrinkling,thinning and rebounding are analyzed,with the defect positions being also determined.Simulated and experimental results show that the wrinkling,thinning and fracture of the hollow part with triangular arc section mainly occur in the mouth region(i.e.,the blank flange that occurs during the forming process),the lower region of wall near the fillet and the small arc in the fillet region.
