器官联合移植中的免疫反应效应
摘要
目前，随着多器官功能衰竭发病的增多，联合器官移植的数量也在逐渐上升。器官联合移植后如何预防排斥反应，是从事器官移植研究者致力研究和解决的问题。越来越多的临床及实验研究发现，联合器官移植物可以调节免疫系统，降低免疫反应性。最早的研究集中在肝肾联合移植，发现肝脏不仅是一个相对免疫特惠器官，同时能减轻移植肾的排斥反应。近来研究发现，肾脏和心脏似乎对联合移植的其他器官也具有相同效应。本文就器官联合移植中的免疫反应效应的研究现状作如下综述。
