摘要
为了研究不同物种MHC—DRB1基因的遗传多样性,试验采用比较基因组学和生物信息学方法比较了绵羊、驼鹿、狗、野猪和人的MHC-DRB1基因外显子2序列,并对该基因的遗传多样性及分子系统发育进行了分析。结果表明:在95个基因序列中检测到149个多态位点,共生成83个单倍型。说明物种间及物种内MHC—DRB1基因存在较丰富的遗传多样性。
To study the genetic diversity of MHC - DRB1 gene in different species,exon 2 of the MHC - DRB1 gene of Ovis aries,Alces alces, Canis familiaris, Sus serofa and Homo sapiens were analyzed using the method of comparative genomics and bioinformatics. The genetic diversity and molecular phylogeny were analyzed. The results showed that a total of 149 polymorphic sites were detected from 96 sequences,from which 83 haplotypes were sorted. More nudeotide diversity and amino acid diversity of MHC - DRB1 gene existed within and among species.
