产蛋氨酸益生菌的筛选及其对奶牛产奶的影响 被引量:4

摘要 为验证产蛋氨酸益生菌作为饲料添加剂的作用效果,研究对8种益生菌进行高效液相色谱检测,采用柱前衍生法测定益生菌发酵液中的蛋氨酸含量。结果表明:纳豆芽孢杆菌发酵液中蛋氨酸含量最高(21.08mg/L);将发酵液饲喂泌乳中期奶牛,结果奶牛产奶量比试验前期提高了4.43%,乳脂率、乳蛋白质量分数、乳糖质量分数和干物质质量分数均有所提高,分别提高了1.06%、1.04%、0.88%、0.61%。说明纳豆芽孢杆菌发酵液具有显著提高奶牛产奶量和奶品质的作用。
