青藏高原5种动物巴氏杆菌病病原分离与鉴定 被引量:2

摘要 为了初步摸清青藏高原主要养殖动物巴氏杆菌病的发病情况,采取常规的病原分离与鉴定技术对青藏高原牦牛、藏羊、猪、兔、禽等进行巴氏杆菌病的微生物学诊断,同时以C47—8为质控菌株对分离获得的野生菌株进行生化特性和耐药性分析。结果表明:野生菌株与质控菌株有一定的生化差异,野生菌株耐药率较高,而质控菌株无耐药性。
