藏药十五味萝蒂明目丸对紫外线诱导的大鼠白内障的防治作用及晶体图像分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨藏药十五味萝蒂明目丸(Shiwuwei Luodi Mingmu Pill of Tibetan medicine)对紫外线(ultraviolet,UV)诱导的大鼠白内障(cataract)的防治作用。方法以紫外线诱导大鼠白内障模型,将藏药十五味萝蒂明目丸在不同时间对其进行干预,显微镜动态观察晶状体混浊度的变化,并运用晶状体图像分析法观察晶状体灰度值的变化。结果紫外线照射后,大鼠晶体混浊度随着时间的延长逐渐加重,晶体灰度值逐渐增高,预防组及各治疗组灰度值均较模型组低,各组之间差异有统计学意义(F=24175.841,P<0.001);在用药后的30天,预防组与阳性药物组相比,差异有统计学意义(F=803.609,P<0.001);高剂量组与模型组以及预防组相比,差异有统计学意义(F=904.319,P<0.001);除正常组与模型组外,其余各组晶体灰度值随着疗程增加呈下降趋势,差异有统计学意义(F=21614.979、F=15782.007、F=13910.185,P<0.001)。结论藏药十五味萝蒂明目丸对紫外线诱导的白内障具有较好的预防及治疗效果。 OBJECTIVE To study the preventive and therapeutic effect of Shiwuwei Luodi Mingmu Pill of Tibetan medicine on UV-induced cataract in rats.METHODS UV-induced cataract model rats interfered with Shiwuwei Luodi Mingmu Pill of Tibetan medicine at different times,using the microscope to observe turbidity changes in lens,and using crystal image analysis to observe changes in crystal gray value,to further prove the preventive and therapeutic effect of Shiwuwei Luodi Mingmu Pill of Tibetan medicine.RESULTS After Ultroviolet irradiating,turbidity of rat lens gradually increased with time,crystal gray value gradually increased,the gray values in preventive group and the therapy groups were lower than those in model group,there was statistical significance among every group(F=24175.841,P0.001);After 30 days in medicine,preventive group compared with positive medicine group,there was statistical significance(F=803.609,P0.001);high-dose group compared with model group and preventive group,there was statistical significance(F=904.319,P0.001);In addition to the normal group and model group,the crystal gray value of the others showed downtrend along with the therapy course increase,at the 10th day,the 20th day,the30th day,there was statistical significance(F=21614.979,F=15782.007,F=13910.185,P0.001);Crystal gray value of therapy groups gradually reduced with the time,among them the effect of the preventive group was the most obvious.CONCLUSIONS There was a better preventive and therapeutic effect of Shiwuwei Luodi Mingmu Pill of Tibetan medicine on UV-induced cataract.
