摘要
采用硝酸脱水合成的原料,异型大口径铱坩埚,近平界面生长技术以及真空增氧退火工艺,成功地生长出直径为30~35mm,长度为50mm完整透明,无散射中心,无核芯的YVO4单晶。
Using the raw materials pretreated by nitric acid to eliminate hydration waters,perfect,transparent YVO 4 single crystals 30~35mm in diameter and 50mm high ,without cores and internal scattering have been successfully produced from an Ir crucible 80mm in diameter .The techniques of near plain interface growth have been adopted during the growth process,followed by vacuum annealing with increased oxygen.
