Study on Growth of DKDP Metastable Crystal Phase

本文通过大量ＤＫＤＰ晶体亚稳相生长实验，对影响ＤＫＤＰ亚稳相生长体系稳定性、晶体生长速率和质量的因素进行了研究，并简要探讨了其影响机理，提出了消除或减弱不利影响的措施，为生长优质大尺寸ＤＫＤＰ晶体提供了依据。

By a large number of growth experiments of DKDP metastable crystal phase,the influence on the stability of growth system,the growth rate and quality of tetragonal metastable phase of DKDP crystal have been studied.The mechanisms of the influences have been approached briefly and the methods for eliminating or decreasing the harmful influences have been given.So,the bases have been supplied for growth of high quality and large size DKDP crystal.
