摘要
本文进行了3.5-二硝基苯甲酸(3.5-DNBA)与二乙醇胺(DEA)单晶体的形貌分析,和热化学分析;测定了晶体的透过波段与晶体结构,并测试了晶体的二次谐波强度。
In this paper,the physical and chemical properties,such as relative crystal morphology,thermo analysis,optical transmission spectrum,crystal structure and second harmonic generation (SHG) efficiency of 3.5 DNBA·DEA crystal have been reported. Experiment result indicate the following properties:(1)transparency range 35% extends from 420nm to 2050nm;over 60% extends from 430nm to 1550nm;(2)the melt points of the complex and parent compound were determined,the complex melt is 111.6℃,3.5 DNBA melt is 206℃,DEA is a liquid;(3)3.5DNBA crystal in the triclinic space group P 1 ,lattice parameters are a =0.8726(1)nm, b =0.9769(1)nm, c =1.1391(2)nm, α =70.56(1)°, β =67.51(1)°, γ =89.97(1)°;3.5DNBA·DEA crystal in triclinic belong to space group P 1,lattice parmeters are a =0.4609(2)nm, b =0.7405(2)nm, c =1.0084(6)nm, α =95.5°, β =98.72°, γ =104.33(5)°;(4)the(010)and (001) planes of 3.5DNBA·DEA crystal irradiated vertically by 1064nm laser beam from a pulsed Nd 3+ :YAG laser to be produced 532nm wavelength laser. As a result,3.5DNBA·DEA crystal is a promising nonlinear optical material. [JP3〗
