摘要
目的研究蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物的体外抗菌作用。方法采用抑菌环试验和营养肉汤稀释法,对蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物体外抗菌效果进行了实验室评价,同时与蜂胶醇提物作平行比较。结果蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物对大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌均有抑制作用,抑菌环直径分别为12 mm和9.5 mm;蜂胶醇提取物对两种细菌抑菌环分别为8.5 mm和9.5 mm。蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌最小抑菌浓度分别为14.5 mg/ml和29 mg/ml。而蜂胶CO2超临界萃取残渣醇提物抑菌作用不明显。结论蜂胶二氧化碳超临界萃取物具有良好的抗菌作用,且其抗菌作用强于蜂胶乙醇提取物。
Objective To study antibacterial efficacy of supercritical CO2 extract of propolis.Methods Bacterial inhibition zone test and nutrient broth dilution method were used to evaluate the antibacterial efficacy of supercritical CO2 extract of propolis compared with the ethanol extraction of propolis.Results Supercritical CO2 extract of propolis could inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.The diameters of bacterial inhibition zones were 12 mm and 9.5 mm respectively.The ethanol extraction of propolis also could inhibit the growth of them.The diameters were 8.5mm and 9.5 mm.The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) of supercritical CO2 extract of propolis on S.aureus and E.coli were 14.5 mg/ml and 29 mg/ml respectively.The antibacterial efficacy of supercritical CO2 extract of propolis was higher than the ethanol extraction of propolis.Conclusion Supercritical CO2 extract of propolis has good antibacterial efficacy,and higher than the ethanol extraction of propolis.
