摘要
目的研究稳定性二氧化氯消毒剂杀菌效果及其毒性。方法采用悬液定量杀菌试验和动物毒性试验方法进行了实验室和现场消毒试验。结果该二氧化氯活化后原液含量为2 288 mg/L。用含二氧化氯29 mg/L该消毒液作用2.5 min,对悬液内大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的平均杀灭对数值均>5.00,对白色念珠菌的平均杀灭对数值>4.00。该二氧化氯消毒剂原液对小鼠的急性经口毒性LD50<5 000 mg/kg(体重),最高使用浓度的5倍溶液对小鼠急性经口毒性LD50>20 000 mg/kg(体重)。该二氧化氯消毒剂对小鼠骨髓嗜多染红细胞微核试验均呈阴性。结论该二氧化氯消毒剂对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀灭效果较好,在使用浓度下属于无毒级物质,无致微核作用。
Objective To know the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of chlorine dioxide disinfectant.Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and animal toxicity test were used in laboratory.Results The concentration of chlorine dioxide was 2288 mg/L after activation.The killing logarithm values of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus exposed to the disinfectant solution with the 29 mg/L chlorine dioxide for 2.5 min were 5.00,and of Candida albicans was 4.00.The mouse acute oral toxicity LD50 of the disinfectant stock solution was 5 000 mg/kg·bw and the LD50 of the disinfectant with five-folds applied concentration was 20 000 mg/kg·bw.The mouse bone marrow polychromatic erythrocytes micronucleus test was negative.Conclusion The chlorine dioxide disinfectant has good efficacy of killing bacteria and fungi.It belongs to practically non-toxic in applied concentration.
