摘要
目的研究酸性氧化电位水对不同病毒的灭活效果及有机物对灭活效果的影响。方法采用载体定量及悬液定量病毒灭活试验方法对脊髓灰质炎病毒等3种病毒灭活作用进行了实验室观察。结果用含有效氯65mg/L、氧化还原电位为1 178 mV、pH值为2.3的酸性氧化电位水,对载体上脊髓灰质炎病毒作用5 min,对悬液内脊髓灰质炎病毒作用3 min,灭活对数值均达到4.0以上。对载体上与悬液内甲型流感病毒和疱疹病毒作用1 min,灭活对数值均达到4.0以上。病毒悬液内含15 g/L小牛血清白蛋白显示对酸性氧化电位水灭活病毒效果有一定影响。结论酸性氧化电位水对3种指标病毒有较好的灭活效果,但有机物对其灭活病毒的效果有一定影响。
Objective To study inactivation efficacy of electrolyzed oxidizing water(EOW) to different virus and the effect influenced by organic interfering substance.Methods Carrier and suspending quantitative virus inactivation test were used to observe the inactivation efficacy in laboratory.Results The available chlorine of electrolyzed oxidizing water was 65 mg/L,oxidation-reduction potential was 1 178 mV,pH value was 2.3.The average killing logarithm value of poliovirus on the carrier exposed to EOW for 5 min,in suspension for 3 min were above 4.00.The average killing logarithm values of influenza A virus and herpes virus both on the carrier and in suspension exposed to EOW for 1 min were all above 4.00.With 15 g/L new calf serum added in the virus suspension had certain influence to the inactivation efficacy.Conclusions EOW had good inactivation efficacy to the three indicator virus.But organic interfering substance had certain influence to the inactivation efficacy.
