医用器械消毒液对胃镜消毒效果的观察

OBSERVATION ON DISINFECTION EFFECT OF GASTROSCOPE WITH THE MEDICAL INSTRUMENT DISINFECTANT SOLUTION

目的观察医用器械消毒液对胃镜消毒效果,探索临床消毒的实用性。方法采用现场抽样检测方法,对该医用器械消毒液消毒胃镜的效果进行了观察。结果用新鲜配制的含有效氯2 g/L的医用器械消毒液对清洗后的胃镜作循环冲洗浸泡消毒5 min,消毒合格率100%,检不出致病菌。该消毒液稀释液可使用1周,每次消毒均可达到合格要求。结论该医用器械消毒液对胃镜消毒效果可靠、作用快、易冲洗,性能稳定,对胃镜及其配件基本无腐蚀,无不良气味,易被医务人员接受。

Objective To observe disinfection efficacy of the gastroscope with the medical instrument disinfectant solution and to explore practicability of clinical disinfection.Methods On-site sampling and detection was used to observe the disinfection effect.Results Rinsing the cleaned gastroscope in the newly-made disinfection solution containing available chlorine 2 g/L for 5 minutes,the disinfection pass rate is 100%.The diluted disinfection solution can be used for 1 week.The disinfection efficacy can meet eligible requirements for each time use.Conclusions The medical instrument disinfectant solution is an effective disinfectant to the gastroscope.It acts quickly,easy to wash off and stable.It has no corrosion to gastroscope and fittings and has no bad smell.It is easy to be accepted by medical staff.
