溧阳市医疗机构消毒状况调查

INVESTIGATION OF DISINFECTION STATUS OF MEDICAL INSTITUTIONS IN LIYANG

目的了解溧阳市各级医疗机构的消毒与灭菌质量状况,以便改进和提高。方法采用现场调查和采样监测的方法,对全市27所医疗机构进行调查。结果 2007~2009年共检测样品2 222份,总平均合格率为90.8%;年度平均合格率依次为88.5%、91.6%、92.9%。医疗机构室内空气卫生质量合格率最低,为73.8%;医务人员手卫生合格率和紫外线灯辐射强度合格率分别为89.7%和89.8%。压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌合格率为91.6%。结论溧阳市医疗机构消毒质量呈逐年上升趋势,但仍存在薄弱环节,尤其是压力蒸汽灭菌器灭菌质量亟待提高。

Objective To know the quality of disinfection and sterilization in each level of medical institutions in Liyang,in order to improve and enhance.Methods On-the-spot investigation and sampling monitoring method were used to survey of 27 medical institutions.Results The average eligible rate of 2 222 samples detected from 2007 to 2009 was 90.8%.The annual eligible rate were 88.5%,91.6%,92.9% respectively.The quality eligible rate of air indoor in medical institutions was the lowest,was 73.8%.The eligible rate of the hands of the medical staffs and the eligible rate of ultraviolet were relatively low,were 89.7% and 89.8% respectively.The eligible rate of autoclaves was 91.6%.Conclusions The quality of disinfection in Liyang medical institutions was increasing year by year.But there is some weak points,especially the sterilization of autoclaves should be improved.
