摘要
目的观察三种消毒剂对乙肝病毒污染的口腔印模浸泡消毒效果。方法采用固相放射免疫法,对消毒液浸泡消毒60只印模灭活乙肝病毒的效果进行了检测。结果用浓度为2 000 mg/L过氧乙酸溶液浸泡作用10 min和含量2 500 mg/L强化戊二醛溶液浸泡作用20 min,均可完全破坏污染在印模上的乙肝表面抗原。用含有效碘5 000 mg/L碘伏水溶液浸泡作用20 min,不能完全灭活乙型肝炎表面抗原。结论使用浓度的过氧乙酸和戊二醛浸泡消毒,可以有效灭活口腔印模上污染的乙型肝炎表面抗原。
Objective To observe the disinfection efficacy of three disinfectants to HBV contaminated on dental impression.Methods Solid phase radioimmunoassay was used to evaluate the disinfection efficacy of 60 HBV contaminated dental impressions immersed by disinfectant.Results HBsAg contaminated on dental impressions could be destroyed completely by 2 000 mg/L peracetic acid for 10min and 2 500 mg/L glutaraldehyd for 20 min.It could not be destroyed completely by iodophor solution containing available iodine 5 000 mg/L for 20 min.Conclusion Usable concentration of peracetic acid and glutaraldehyd are effective disinfectants to destroyed HBsAg.It have same efficacy in normal temperature when used for 10 minutes or 20 minutes.
