北京某医院洗手方式调查及消毒效果评价

INVESTIGATION OF HAND SANITIZATION AND EVALUATION ON DISINFECTION EFFICACY IN A HOSPITAL IN BEIJING

目的了解医院医务人员洗手方式和频率以及手消毒效果。方法采用问卷调查的方法对该医院医务人员手卫生方法及其消毒效果进行了调查。结果该医院门诊医务人员工作之前洗手执行率为47%,病房医务人员洗手执行率为46%,门诊和病房医务人员工作后洗手执行率均达到98%。有90%医务人员采用肥皂洗手和洗手液洗手,只有10%医务人员仅用流水洗手。用肥皂和洗手液洗手除菌率可达到90%以上,仅用流水洗手除菌率只有65%。结论该医院医务人员工作之前洗手执行率较低,仅用流水洗手除菌效果较差,该医院需要规范洗手方法和手卫生质量监测。

Objective To investigate the fashion,frequency and disinfection efficacy of hand washing of medical staff.Methods The fashions and effects of hand washing of medical staff were investigated by questionnaire.Results The frequency of hand washing before work for medical staff in clinic is 47%,and 46% for medical staff in ward.The frequency of hand washing after work are 98% for both medical staff in clinic and medical staff in ward.90% of the clinical doctors wash their hand with soap and hand lotions,and 10% only with flowing water.The disinfection efficacy with soap and hand lotions is above 90%,only with flowing water is 65%.Conclusions Both the frequency of hand washing before work and the disinfection efficacy only with flowing water are relatively low in clinical doctors.The sanitation procedure in clinical doctors need to be improved.
