ＩＳＯ１４０００系列标准已在中国试点实施。指出当前国内实施ＩＳＯ１４００１标准中存在的通过体系认证为目标的误区，并以第三方认证模式在中国实施ＩＳＯ１４００１标准存在的脱离政府中心工作等四大缺陷进行了讨论，从而对现行体系认证模式提出通过两个阶段运行的模式予以解决。在政府领导下，建立环境管理体系，走实施ＩＳＯ１４０００系列标准的新路子，实现国民经济发展目标。

ISO 14000 system has been applied to some testing areas in China. The paper indicated the four mistaken areas of applying ISO 14000 in china, in which the goal is the evaluation of systems, the way is the evaluation through a third one. Out of governmental central tasks is one of the mistakes. The paper also indicated two steps for the operation of the evaluation. The paper points out that the evaluation should be under the leadership of government, to establish management systems with stepping out a new way of applying ISO 14000 in China for the development of economics in China.
