摘要
试验了在盐酸磷酸介质中铬(Ⅵ)与苯基荧光酮的氧化反应。结果表明,黄色的苯基荧光酮被氧化成橙红色产物,其最大吸收波长为492nm。铬(Ⅵ)含量在0μg/50mL~50μg/50mL范围内遵守比耳定律,表观摩尔吸光系数ε492=213×104。用于废水中铬的测定,结果满意。
This paper presented the determination of chromium (Ⅵ) by oxidation
coloration spectrophotometry with HCl H 3PO 4 medium. Yellow pheyfluorone was
oxidized by chromium (Ⅵ) and changed into an orange red product with maximum
absorption wavelength 492 nm. Beer′s law was obeyed in the range of 0 μ
g/50mL~5 μg/50mL chromium(Ⅵ) and apparent mole absorption coefficient (ε 492 )
was 2 13×10 4. The method has been applied to the determination of chromium (Ⅵ)
in wastewater with satisfactory results.
