双联炼钢法的研究与实践

Study and production practice of double-combining steelmaking

介绍了莱芜钢铁集团股份有限公司炼钢厂转炉双联炼钢法的生产实践情况,讨论了双联法在原料装入、造渣工艺、吹炼模式、锰矿使用等各方面的技术特点,对冶炼全过程进行了详细地分析,并列举了该厂采用双联炼钢法的优缺点及实施效果。

The present paper introduces the production practice of refining the steel by ＂BOF double-combining steel-making process＂ in the Steel-making Plant of Laiwu Iron Steel Co.,Ltd.,discusses the technological characteristics of this process in the aspects of raw materials charging,slagging technology,blow pattern and use of manganese ore and analyzes in detail the whole process of smelting and enumerates the advantages and disadvantages of the double-combining steel-making process as well as the practical results in implementation of this process in the Plant.
