摘要
2007年以来,重庆钢铁股份有限公司炼钢厂通过对碳质发热剂的研究与试验,探索转炉用碳质发热剂的配方及使用方法,达到了增加转炉热量来源,解决铁水比由78%～80%降低为73%～75%时炉内欠热问题的目的。通过在80t转炉上的试验与应用,在降低转炉终点氧、提高钢水质量上取得了显著效果。
Since 2007 Chongqing Iron and Steel Group has been exploring the formula of the carbonaceous heat-generating agent and its application in the converter steelmaking so as to improve the converter＇s thermal source and solve the problem of thermal deficiency when the hot metal ratio reduces from 78%～80% to 73%～75%.Through experiments and application in a 80 t-converter very prominent results have been achieved in reduction of the end point oxygen and improvement in the quality of the liquid steel.
