摘要
介绍了马鞍山钢铁股份公司第一钢轧总厂120t转炉应用烟气分析动态控制冶炼低磷钢的生产实践,制定合适的装入、造渣、供氧制度,优化过程控制,强化转炉脱磷效果,使转炉脱磷率达到93%以上、终点w(P)≤0.007%,确保了不倒炉直接出钢的冶炼模式。
The present paper introduces the production practice of refining ultra-low phosphorous steel by dynamical control of the refining process with fume analysis at the 120 t converter in the No.1 Steel-making Rolling Plant of Masteel.By means of institution of charging,slagging and oxygen supply schedules,optimization of the control process and intensificatin of dephosphorizatin in converter the dephosphorization rate of the converter reaches over 93% and the end point w(P)≤0.007%,and thus the refining mode of directly tapping without down furnace can be ensured.
