炼钢除尘灰气力输送的高温问题与对策

High temperature problem in transferring the steel-making dust by pneumatic conveyor and countermeasure

摘要 利用管道气力输送原理,对吸排车运输炼钢除尘灰的高温问题及其解决办法进行讨论与总结。一些钢铁厂几年来的生产实践证明,使用气力输送罐车具有全过程封闭零污染、节约水资源、工作效率高等特点,但钢铁厂特别是炼钢LT法除尘灰的高温问题必须采取相应对策来予以解决。 The present paper elaborates the principle of dust transferring by pneumatic power and discusses and sums up the high temperature problem in the process of the steel-making dust delivery by the pneumatic power through a pipeline or by the suck/blow truck.The production practice of a few steel-making plants in the recent years demonstrates that the technology of pneumatic power transferring by tank car is featured of whole process close and zero contamination,water resource saving and high working efficiency.However the high temperature problem in the dust transfer by pneumatic power in the iron and steel plants,particularly those that adopt LT process for dust removal should be solved by taking proper countermeasure.
