摘要
单柱离子色谱法同时测定地面水中Ｆ－、ｃｌ－、ＮＯ３－－Ｎ、ＰＯ４３－、ＳＯ４２－阴离子。以０３Ｍ碳酸氢钾、０２４Ｍ碳酸钠缓冲液为淋洗液，在ｐＨ＝４０，流速为２ｍｌ／ｍｉｎ的条件下，测得各阴离子检出限、线性回归方程及相关系数。
The single-column Chromatography of ion is applied simultaneously in determining the anions of F -,Cl -, NO 3 --N, PO 4 3- and SO 4 2- in the ground water.Under the conditions of 4 0 pH and 2ml/min running speed and taking the buffer solution of 0 3M saleratus and 0 24M soda as the elution liquid,the detection limit of anions,the linear regression equation and the accuracy as well as precision of the concerned coefficient and method are determined.
