摘要
为研究油田人群白细胞DNA加合物水平及其影响因素,选取了215名(男134例,女81例)居住在某油田的在职职工进行调查并采用32P-后标记法检测每位调查对象外周血白细胞DNA加合物水平,其平均值为(2.89±2.46)个/108核苷酸。在诸多相关因素的调查中,观察到调查对象年龄(x1)、开始吸烟年龄(x2)、居住地空气质量(x3)、职业接触(x4)、上呼吸道疾患症状(x5)与人体外周血白细胞DNA加合物(y)呈明显相关关系,其多元逐步回归方程为y=0.0839x1+1.1049x2-0.3427x3+0.0371x4+0.2658x5-0.
To study the levels of DNA adducts of white blood cells and their correlative affected factors among population in a oil field,215 workers (134 male and 81 female) working in a oil field were selected to be investigted on their exposure history to the petroleum and its by products The levels of DNA adducts of human peripheral blood white blood cells were determined by 32 P post labelling method,its arerage level reached 2 89±2 46 DNA adduct/10 8 nucleotide The levels of DNA adducts of human peripheral blood white blood cells(y) significantly correlated with the following relative factors,such as the age of subjects( x 1 ),the age of primary smoking ( x 2 ),the air quality of the local area ( x 3 ),occupational exposure to peroleum and cts by products ( x 4 ) and the clinical symptoms of the upper respiraory tract ( x 5 ) The stepwise multiple regression equation was established as =0 0839x 1+1 1049x 2-0 3427x 3+0 0371 x 4+0 2658 x 5-0 3585
