创建卫生镇与公共场所卫生关系的调查分析

The Investigation on the Relationship Between Establishing Sanitary Town and Sanitation of Public Places

为研究创建卫生镇与公共场所卫生质量的关系，对６个江苏省省级卫生镇和６个非省级卫生镇所有旅店、理发美容店、歌舞厅、公共浴室进行了现状调查。结果显示，卫生镇上述经营单位的从业人员体检率、卫生知识培训率、用品用具专用消毒设施配备率等均显著高于非卫生镇（Ｐ＜０．０１）。说明开展创建卫生镇活动，不仅能促进公共场所卫生设施的建设，也能提高从业人员的卫生意识。

In order to study the relationship between establishing sanitary town and sanitary quality of public places in Jiangsu province,present sanitary status investigation was made in six provincial level sanitary towns and six non sanitary towns including all hotels,barber shops and beauty shops,dancing rooms,and public bathrooms The results showed the rate of staff receiving medical examination,and health education,and the rate of equipped public places with special facilties for disinfection in sanitary towns were significantly higher than those in non sanitary towns( P <0 01) This study indicated that establishing sanitary town might not only promote the construction of sanitary facilities in public places,but also enhance staffs' sanitary consciousness It might be the effective measure to comprehensively raise the sanitary quality of public places
