The Effects of Time and Sex on Secretion of Saliva Immunoglobulin A

为探讨唾液中免疫球蛋白Ａ在时间和性别上的变化规律，选择调查对象２３名（男性１０名，女性１３名），分别在上午１０时和下午３时收集唾液，分析唾液中ＩｇＡ浓度。结果表明唾液中ＩｇＡ浓度，上午为（４０７．２±１６３．８）μｇ／ｍＬ，下午为（３５３．６±１４９．１）μｇ／ｍＬ，差异无显著性。唾液中ＩｇＡ分泌率，上午为（１５９．７±７４．３）μｇ／ｍｉｎ，下午为（１２５．９±６６．２）μｇ／ｍｉｎ。

To study the variances of the level for saliva immunoglobulin A(IgA)in time and sex,10 male and 13 female were selected to be analysed for saliva IgA at 10 a.m.and 3 p.m..The results showed that the levels of IgA in saliva revealed no Significant differences before and afternoon a.m.(407.2±163.8)μg/mL,p.m.(353.6±149.1)μg/L .The secretry rates of IgA revealed significant differences before aud afternoon a.m. (159.7±74.3)μg/min,p.m.(125.9±66.2)μg/min The levels of IgA and secretry rate in saliva for male were both higher than those for female.
