高邮灌区渠道防渗项目价值工程分析 被引量:2

摘要 高邮灌区有效灌溉面积3.926万hm2,渠系由干渠、支渠和斗渠三级渠道组成,为实现渠系防渗经济效益最大化,以各级衬砌渠道为价值工程分析对象,采用功能系数法对灌区渠道防渗工程项目进行了价值分析。对象功能主要包括节水、节省维护费用和节地,对象成本值即为衬砌费用。经计算,干、支、斗三级防渗渠的价值系数分别为0.957,1.172和0.891,这表明应适当扩大支渠的衬砌数量。在此基础上,根据项目总成本约束和功能指数计算了干渠、支渠和斗渠衬砌的目标成本,从而为灌区渠道防渗工程项目资金的调整配置提供了依据。 The effective irrigation area of Gaoyou Irrigation District,which is composed of main canal,branch canal and lateral canal,is 39.26 thousand hm2.In order to maximize the economic benefit of the canals seepage prevention project,the three grades of canals are taken as value engineering analysis objects and canals value analysis is conducted with function-index method in this paper.The functions of object include water saving,maintenance cost saving and land saving,the cost is canals lining investment.As a result,the value coefficients of main canal,branch canal and lateral canal are 0.957,1.172 and 0.891 respectively.This indicates that the lining quantity of branch canals should be properly expanded.In addition,the target costs of main canal,branch canal and lateral canal are calculated according to the total cost restriction and function index.The results supply base for the allocation of the investment of canals seepage prevention.
