上海市社区卫生服务中心收支状况比较分析

Analysis on the revenue and expenditure in Shanghai community health service centers

目的:了解2004年-2008年来上海市社区卫生服务收入支出情况,为上海市医疗卫生体制改革提供参考依据。方法:采用自制问卷随机调查19个区140家社区卫生服务中心收支资料。结果:全市社区卫生服务中心总收入、医疗收入、药品收入、总支出和药品成本的年均增长率分别为13.52%、3.79%、13.38%、14.45%和17.36%。结论:在政府支持,社区卫生服务中心配合的情况下,上海市社区卫生服务中心呈现了蓬勃发展,但在收入结构和各区域(城区、郊区、城乡接合部)间平衡发展还需要进一步完善。

Objective：Finding out revenue and expenditure of community health services in Shanghai from 2004 to 2008 year, in order to provide references for the medical and health system reform in S sing self-develop questionnaire to survey 140 community health service centers in 19 areas randomly in Shanghai. Re- but in the revenue structure and the balance development between the regions （urban, suburban, urban and rural areas bordering） also requires further refinement.
