针对非战争条件下,构建军地联合应急医学救援数字化模式进行了研究和探索,指出了当前我国应急医学救援信息平台的现状和不足,提出了军地联合应急医学救援的信息化解决方案。

In the paper, it had studied and explored that construct digital mode of emergency medical rescue uniting civil and military condition. It had Pointed out the situation of current system existing insufficiency. Then it had put forward a new information-based scheme of emergency medical rescue uniting civil and military.
