摘要
本文通过分析安全管理与风险管理的关系,提出了一种基于风险的城市燃气管道的安全管理方法。结合某市工程实例,运用风险矩阵图和模糊综合评价对潜在风险进行评估排序,确定风险性质并采取合理措施,以达到安全管理的目的。
A new safety management method of urban gas pipelines is proposed by analyzing the relationship between safety management and risk management. With the engineering example in a certain city, the potential risks are estimated by the application of risk matrix and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, which can determine the nature of risks and take reasonable measures to aehieve the purposes of safety management.
