参麦注射液关节腔注射对兔骨关节炎细胞因子影响的实验研究

The Experimental Study of Intra-articular Injection of Shenmai on the Model Rabbits with Osteoarthritis

目的:研究参麦注射液关节腔注射对兔骨关节炎作用的机理。方法:将30只雄性清洁级新西兰白兔随机分为空白组、治疗组及对照组,治疗组及对照组予改良Hulth法造模,造模成功后,治疗组予参麦注射液关节腔注射,对照组予生理盐水注射,8周后抽取3组关节液,用Elisa法检测TNF-α、IL-1β、MMP-3。结果:对照组的IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3水平与空白组比较均偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组IL-1β、TNF-α、MMP-3水平高于空白组,但低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:参麦注射液关节腔注射可通过降低关节液中的TNF-α、IL-1β、MMP-3来缓解骨性关节炎症状。

Objective：To explore the mechanism of intra-articular injection of Shenmai on the osteoarthritis model rabbits. Methods：Thirty male clear New Zealand white rabbits were divided into three groups randomly. Treatment group and control group were modeled with Hulth method. After having achieved success on the model, treatment group were injected with Shenmai into the knee joint cavity, meanwhile control group were injected with normal saline. Synovial fluid was extracted and detected the content of TNF-α, IL-1β and MMP-3 with Elisa method after eight weeks. Results：There were significant differences in the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-3 between control group and blank group （P 0.01）; the levels of IL-1β, TNF-α and MMP-3 of treatment group were higher than those of blank group, but lower than those of control group （P0.01）. Conclusion：Intra-articular injection of Shenmai can relieve symptom of osteoarthritis by decreasing the content of TNF-α, IL-1β and MMP-3 in the synovial fluid.
