80例胫骨中下段粉碎性骨折不同固定方法的疗效分析

Treatment of Comminuted Tibia Fracture in the Middle and Distal Segment with Different Fixation

目的:探讨胫骨中下段粉碎骨折后重建骨连续性的最为有效手术治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析本院80名患者按不同方法治疗的结果对比分析。按AO分类:B1型14例,B2型18例,B3型24例,C1型18例,C3型6例。结果:80例患者均得到随访,伤口愈合情况良好,无皮肤坏死、伤口感染、钢板外露等严重并发症。骨折临床愈合时间平均12.7周。根据Mazur等踝关节功能评分系统,优良率为93.3%。结论:胫骨远段解剖型钢板的形态特点充分适应胫骨远段的解剖特征,较传统方法更加方便有效。

Objective：To explore the effectively operative treatment to rebuilt bone succession for comminuted tibia fracture in the middle and distal segment.Methods：The outcomes of 80 patients in our hospital treated with different methods were retrospectively analyzed. According to AO classification standard, 14 cases were classified as B1 type, 18 as cases B2 type, 24 cases as B3 type, 8 cases as C1 type, and 6 cases as C3 type.Results：All the patients were followed up. The wounds were healed well. There was no complication, such as cutaneous necrosis, wound infection, plate revealing and so on. The average clinical healing time of fracture was 12.7 weeks. And the rate of fineness was 93.3% according to ankle joint function scoring system of Mazur.Conclusion：Distal tibial anatomic plate is used to the shape characteristics of distal tibia, and it is more convenient and effective than traditional methods.
