犬子宫蓄脓是临床上常见的产科疾病,主要发生在犬发情后期,根据临床症状可将其分为开放型子宫蓄脓和闭锁型子宫蓄脓。犬子宫蓄脓是在子宫内膜囊性增生、孕酮浓度增加、雌激素浓度降低和细菌感染等因素作用下子宫发生的炎性病变。作者对犬子宫蓄脓的病因、诊断及治疗进行了综述。

Pyometra is a common disease of canine.The majority of canine pyometra incidence was observed in metoestrus.It can be classified as open-cervix and closed-cervix.Pyometra is a uterine inflammatory disorder characterized by cystic endometrial hyperplasia,the increasing of progesterone and the release of estrogen,and by ascending uterine infection with vaginal bacteria.In this article,the etiology,diagnosis and treatment of canine pyometra were reviewed.
